Where is your Matcha from?
Our Matcha is sourced from organic green tea farms in Japan (the home of Matcha) and we only source the very best ceremonial grade tea.
How much do I use?
We recommend 1g per serving, simply add very hot water (not boiling as this can burn the matcha) and whisk vigourusly till a froth appears, then enjoy. It is recommended to not exceed 5g per day.
What is Matcha?
Simply put Matcha is a green tea powder made from 100% of the green tea leaves which are grounded, this means you get all the benefits from the whole leaf.
Is it Organic?
Yes all of our Matcha is certified organic by the Soil Association.
How do I store it & how long does it last?
The shelf life of our Matcha is around 2 years, we recommend storing in a cool and dry place, to prolong the Matcha you can also store in a air tight container in your fridge.
How is it made?
The green tea leaves are grown under shaded conditions (which avoids direct sunlight meaning better growth in chlorophyll), they are then harvested, go through a grinding process and then packaged ready for you to enjoy.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We dispatch all UK orders for free on Royal Mail 48 hour delivery which takes approx 2-3 working days. UK Customers have the option to upgrade to 24 hour (1-2 working day delivery). International delivery takes between 3-7 working days dependent on your country. (Europe is typically 3-5 working days) and costs £4.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We dispatch your Matcha within 48 hours, if you’re in the UK your order will arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch. If you’re ordering for delivery in Europe delivery is 3-5 working days and other countries 5-7 working days.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship all over the world and can ship to nearly every country, however due to customs we cannot ship to Australia and a few other countries. To check if we ship to your country (we most likely do) simply check it is in the dropdown when you are checking out.
What about customs?
All of our deliveries outside of Europe will have a customs form on the outside stating the item and additional information, if customs decide to open the item we cannot offer any form of refund for the product. Note it is very rare for this to happen.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Paypal (note you don’t need a Paypal account to pay with this method). You can also pay with your Paypal account easily and quickly on our site.

How do I place an Order?
All orders can be placed online via our website. Please add the item to your basket and follow the instructions and pay online.
Do I need an account to order?
Nope, you can order as a guest and we’ll dispatch it to you, no need to sign up.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order please get in touch with as soon as possible via the contact us page. Note if an order has been dispatched we will not be able to do either of these.
Can I get a refund?
If for some reason you don’t fall in love with our products then we can offer a refund if returned in an as sold state. We are unable to offer a refund for opened products.
